Our Art Education Philosophy

We understand that not everyone possesses the same level of artistic talent. However, we believe all our students can gain an appreciation and understanding for art.

We also understand that not all our students will grow up to be professional artists, but we believe that skills learned in the art classroom can be transferred into other subjects and areas of life.

We provide instruction and opportunities for our students to be deep thinkers and creative problem solvers.

Our goal is to help students understand the processes of creating and presenting their own work, and connecting and responding to the works of others.
